This annual conference is organized by the Micro&Nano Scientific Society of Greece and aims to connect people from academia, research and industry, to stimulate discussions on the latest scientific achievements and further promote micro- and nanotechnologies.
Topics include materials, processes, devices and characterization for nanoelectronics, photonics, sensors and energy that are related to micro- and nanotechnologies.
The 2-day conference format includes 2 parallel sessions, plenary talks, invited presentations, oral and poster presentations, focused tutorials on Friday morning and several awards.
The conference committee encourages authors to submit papers on the thematic topics for oral or poster presentation.
Selected papers will be published in a special issue of Microelectronic Engineering, after peer review.
